New system update for PlayStation 5 released

Oct 26, 2023 5:15 PM

Sony has released a system update for the PlayStation 5, namely version 23.02-08.20.00, which is approximately 1.2 GB and available for download. In the Control Center, users can now more easily manage music with a new layout, presenting different categories, playlists, and songs more clearly.

An additional feature has been included in the update that allows PS VR2 helmet users to avoid accidentally displaying their environment on TV during gameplay. Users can activate this by navigating to 'Settings', then 'Accessories', followed by 'PlayStation VR', and finally enabling 'Block See-Through View on TV'.

Finally, an option has been added to the Voice Command, although this feature is currently only accessible to PS5 owners with an account in the US and the UK. These users can now say 'What's new?' to view new PS5 features.
