Microsoft has officially disclosed details regarding the new Xbox Game Pass Core subscription.
The subscription, which will replace Games with Gold, will be available from September 14th onwards.
The Xbox Game Pass Core costs €9.99 per month, giving subscribers access to a foundational package of 36 games.
This is in contrast to the Game Pass Ultimate subscription, which allows access to over 300 games.
The Xbox Game Pass Core also enables players to enjoy online gaming.
In case an individual already has an active Xbox Live Gold subscription, they will automatically be granted access to the new foundational package.
Microsoft aims to update this basic game package two to three times a year.
The list of available games for the Xbox Game Pass Core subscription will include titles like Among Us, Fable Anniversary, Halo 5: Guardians, and Descenders among many others.
Noteworthy here that the costlier Game Pass subscriptions include even additional games such as the newly available Starfield on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
