The creator, Anbeegod, has revamped quests to improve storytelling and gameplay flow, added new quests, enhanced voice acting with 1,000 additional dialogue lines, and introduced features such as toggling the plague off for players seeking a less chaotic experience. A portion of the mod's donation points is also set to be donated to Doctors Without Borders to help combat real-world epidemics.
