"Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth", the awaited sequel to "Final Fantasy 7 Remake", is set to offer players a much larger and more varied adventure this time. Based on a comment from Director Naoki Hamaguchi on the official Final Fantasy 7 Twitter account, the game is three times larger than its predecessor, providing nearly 100 hours of gameplay, as opposed to the previous game's 30 hours. The latest addition to the series will be opting for an open-world format, opening the doors to 'free exploration'. Players can anticipate engaging stories, entertaining mini-games, challenging enemies, and many hidden treasures within the expansive world map.

The main storyline of Rebirth is substantially more ambitious than the previous game's narrative. Fans are urged to explore the game world extensively. Furthermore, Tetsuya Nomura, the Creative Director, revealed that the sequence of locations to explore in "Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth" deviates from the original game, with changes in the order and shifts in important locations. One of the key changes is that Wutai, a major location, won't be part of the journey in Rebirth but instead, it will be visited in the subsequent installment of the game.

The game's narrative will extend up to an ominously key location - "The Forgotten Capital". The details of this location remain shrouded in mystery for those who aren't aware of the game's lore but it teases a dramatic turning point in the game’s story.

The much anticipated "Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth" is due for release on February 29 and will be available on PS5.
