February will mark the arrival of Ed, the newest DLC character for Street Fighter 6, expanding the game's robust roster. Capcom unveiled the news through a teaser showcasing Ed battling opponents in a subway setting. Owners of the Deluxe or Ultimate Edition of the game, or those who have the Year 1 Character Pass, will receive access to Ed as part of their package. This character is the third of four DLC fighters included in the Year 1 Character Pass, with Rashid and A.K.I. already released, and Akuma scheduled for release in spring.
