The review of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is underway, with expectations for its online publication set for the weekend. CD Projekt's first and only expansion pack for Cyberpunk 2077 is predicted to be significant, featuring a new region, storyline, as well as other content.
The review by editor Harry has been delayed due to its late code release. Phantom Liberty, after a troublesome initial launch, has finally arrived for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S. The storyline, set in Dogtown, is embedded within the main narrative and introduces new characters including Songbird and Solomon Reed, voiced by Idris Elba.
Phantom Liberty shouldn't be mistaken with the 2.0 update for Cyberpunk 2077. This complimentary update has brought changes to the police system, the ability to shoot from vehicles, puncture tires, improved AI for enemies and NPCs, and introduced new unlockable perks. In addition to this, various other augmentations and bug fixes have been implemented.
CD Projekt Red recommends players to start a new game to fully experience these improvements. The requirements for the PC version have been adjusted as well. The update is now available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, S and PC.
