In Pretty Boys Dropout!, players will engage in 45 exciting levels where they manipulate colorful blocks to help a group of 9 “otokonoko”—crossdressing boys, each possessing their own unique backstories. As players progress, they will unlock increasingly daring outfits that enhance the gameplay.

Slide the blocks left and right to form groups of the same color and clear them to allow the character icons to fall toward designated exits at the bottom of the screen. Some exits require unlocking before they can be used. With increasing difficulty, new block mechanics will come into play to challenge your puzzle-solving skills! Additionally, there’s a challenge mode to keep players coming back for more time with the adorable cast. Earn points to unlock outfits and backgrounds in any order, and assemble them in personalized dioramas within the innovative Dressing Room mode.

Join the boys for some exhilarating arcade action in Pretty Boys Breakup!! The original cast featuring Jules, Quincy, Haru, Morgan, and Kyun returns, now joined by four new characters: Dakota, a Canadian martial artist; Faren, a Brazilian skater; Sydney, an Australian police officer; and Bao, a Hong Kong air pilot. Each new character comes with their own backstory and Japanese voice lines, some still sporting adorable foreign accents!

As you navigate through dozens of challenging brick-breaking levels, you'll earn points to spend in a brand-new in-game shop, unlocking stylish outfits and backgrounds to customize your dioramas in Dressing Room mode. Each of the 9 characters starts in regular male clothing and is eventually dressed in female outfits, ranging from uniforms to swimwear and lingerie!
