During the recent Tokyo Game Show, half an hour of gameplay from the upcoming role-playing game (RPG) "Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth” was showcased. Specifically, the gameplay featured the 'Grasslands,' a relatively open location in the game. Following the gameplay segment, a trailer focused on minigames and a segment featuring in-game piano playing were also presented.

"Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth" represents the second part of the remake series for the classic RPG "Final Fantasy 7". At the conclusion of the first installment, which was released a few years ago, the game heroes leave the city of Midgar, marking the point where players enter the open-world environment in the original game. Publisher Square Enix has previously announced that the PlayStation 5 version of the game will be sold on two disks.

The game is scheduled for release on PlayStation 5 on February 29, 2024, with at least a three-month exclusivity period on the platform. A comprehensive preview of the game, based on a hands-on session, is available for reading.
