The Elder Scrolls Online heads to West Weald this year

The Elder Scrolls Online is set to launch a new expansion titled Gold Road, scheduled to release on June 3rd for PC and Mac, and June 18th for PlayStation and Xbox. Players will journey to the West Weald, a region north of Cyrodiil, and an area familiar to fans from The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, including the city of Skingrad. The expansion brings a roughly 30-hour main story centered around the Daedric prince Ithelia and their followers, adding to the game's rich narrative. Additionally, new Mirrormoor Incursions events and the Fargrave's Lucent Citadel Trial designed for 12 players present fresh challenges. Gold Road also introduces Scribing, a profession allowing players to learn Grimoires and add new skills to their repertoire. The Gold Road expansion will include a new main storyline, world events called Mirrormoor Incursions, a 12-player Trial named Fargrave's Lucent Citadel, and a new profession known as Scribing that lets players learn Grimoires and acquire additional skills.
