Feb 22, 2024 6:47 PM

Ubisoft's pirate adventure Skull and Bones is launching its first season, Raging Tides, on February 27, which will span 12 weeks packed with buccaneer action. This first season introduces a new villain, Philippe La Peste, and his fleets, leading to a boss battle at the season's finale. Players will encounter a prehistoric sea monster, the Tylosaurus, in their maritime endeavors. The season includes plundering opportunities like capturing manufacturers for trade routes, engaging in Hostile Takeovers, and Legendary Heists (PvPvE and co-op PvE), which are timed world events. Although a Battle Pass is available, most seasonal content will be free to play. Over the year, players can anticipate additional legendary pirate lords, sea monsters, major unannounced features, and more to enrich their gameplay. Skull and Bones is accessible on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Amazon Luna.

What kind of gameplay can we expect in Skull and Bones Season One: Raging Tides?

Players will face off against legendary pirates and sea monsters, participate in various seasonal events, and have the chance to capture manufacturers and set up trade routes. They will take part in Hostile Takeovers and Legendary Heists to gain resources, all while navigating the dangerous waters filled with both PvE and PvP challenges.
