Originally announced in 2017, 'Skull and Bones' has faced several delays but is set to release on February 16th for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S, with early access for special edition purchasers on February 13th. During the open beta, players can explore different regions including the Red Isle and the coast of Africa, interacting with various in-game factions either peacefully or aggressively, while completing campaign contracts up to the 'Exterminate the Rat' mission. Special rewards can be unlocked, and progress will transfer to the full game upon release.

What platforms will 'Skull and Bones' be available on?

'Skull and Bones' will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S.

Additionally, 'Skull and Bones' is developed by Ubisoft Singapore, the same studio known for their work on the naval battles in 'Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.' The game is set during the golden age of piracy and focuses on naval combat, exploration, and multiplayer elements, where players can either cooperate or compete with others to become the most feared pirate on the seas.
