S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2's Launch Patch Fixes Crashes and Quest Issues

Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl has announced its first post-launch patch aiming to fix significant bugs and crash issues following a successful launch with over one million copies sold. The update will be available for PC and Xbox Series X/S players, focusing on important improvements such as crash fixes during rendering and cutscenes, main quest progression fixes to unblock players, NPC behavior adjustments during hazardous emissions, and various visual fixes including cutscenes. Additional updates are forecasted to address analogue stick dead zone issues and enrich the A-Life system. GSC Game World also hinted at forthcoming free in-game content, with details expected in their roadmap release later in December.

The Stalker 2 post-launch patch includes crash fixes, main quest progression fixes, gameplay adjustments, NPC behavior revisions, visual fixes, and user interface improvements, addressing various bugs that hindered the gaming experience.
