Project Dragon has officially been renamed to Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma, with a scheduled release in spring 2025. This installment takes players to Azuma, a land plagued by the "Celestial Collapse," leading to an absence of seasons. Players will assume the role of a hero who has lost their memory and is tasked with restoring nature and bringing back the seasons, aided by a character named Woolby. The game incorporates signature farming elements while adding a strong focus on combat compared to previous titles. Players can choose to engage with marriageable characters and participate in various festivals inspired by traditional Japanese culture. Enthusiasts can expect enhanced combat sequences and visual upgrades from the previous game, Rune Factory 5.
