Microsoft has committed to delivering more Japanese-developed Xbox exclusive games, according to Phil Spencer, head of the Xbox division at Microsoft.
In an interview with Japanese Game Watch, Spencer addressed the shortage of Japanese Xbox exclusives by comparing the current situation with the past when major Japanese exclusives like Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey were released on Xbox 360.
He asserts that players can expect more of such releases in the future, citing the January release of Hi-Fi Rush, developed by Tokyo-based Tango Gameworks, a subsidiary of Microsoft-owned Bethesda.
