Apr 30, 2024 8:38 AM

Don't Nod Entertainment has teased their upcoming title, 'Lost Records: Bloom and Rage', with a new trailer that channels the emotive and atmospheric narrative style familiar to fans of the 'Life is Strange' series. Revealed during the ID@Xbox livestream, the trailer takes viewers back to summer 1995 in the fictional town of Velvet Cove, Michigan, showcasing a cast of teenage characters in a setting brimming with nostalgia and summer vibes. The video adopts a camcorder-style visual aesthetic enhancing the nostalgic feel of the mid-'90s.

Michel Koch, the creative force behind 'Life is Strange', is also behind 'Lost Records: Bloom and Rage', suggesting that players can expect a similarly engaging story. The game will be released in an episodic format, with two chapters planned to be released a month apart. This strategy is aimed to give players time to speculate and discuss possible twists in the narrative, reminiscent of the release strategy for the original 'Life is Strange'. Currently, Don't Nod anticipates a late 2024 release for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. For fans eager to dive into another Don't Nod adventure, their title 'Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden' offers a supernatural role-playing experience.
