The main character of the Lollipop Chainsaw video game, Juliet Starling, is set to receive an 'uncensored outfit' in the upcoming remake, Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP, announced the game's designer, Yoshimi Yasuda, through social media. It's unclear exactly what Yasuda means by 'uncensored outfit,' given that Juliet's original attire was a revealing cheerleader outfit. Yasuda also teased an illustration of a bunny outfit on social media. The original Lollipop Chainsaw game, developed by Grasshopper Manufacture, known for the No More Heroes games, debuted in 2012 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and has not been reissued since. The narrative of the game revolves around a cheerleader, played by the users, who's tasked with saving her school from a zombie invasion. Assisting her is her boyfriend Nick,
who has been reduced to a disembodied head. The remake, Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP, is slated for release in 2024 on yet to be announced systems.
