Famed "Game of Thrones" author George R.R. Martin has shared a first look at his new sci-fi short film, "The Summer Machine," which is part of an upcoming anthology series. Directed by Michael Cassutt, known for his work on "The Twilight Zone," the film stars Lina Esco, Charles Martin Smith, and Matt Frewer. Martin, alongside Steve Graham, Elias Gallegos, and Mark Steinig, is producing the project. Martin humorously quipped "Summer is coming," referencing the iconic "Winter is coming" line from "Game of Thrones." While expressing his general dissatisfaction with adaptations in the past, Martin remained tight-lipped about his feelings regarding the "Game of Thrones" TV adaptation.
