Eggers’ Nosferatu Trailer Unveils Horrors and Haunting Dreams

Robert Eggers' highly anticipated gothic horror remake, Nosferatu, has released its first trailer, heightening excitement among horror enthusiasts. Bill Skarsgård stars as Count Orlok, a haunting presence whose terror-filled journey is depicted through dark dreams, evil entities, and riotous rats. The film promises a macabre tale, diverging from its Christmas Day release date in the US, and arriving in the UK on January 3. This remake is the third iteration after the original 1922 silent film by F. W. Murnau and Werner Herzog's 1979 rendition, ensuring a horrifying experience unlike any other. The cast includes Nicholas Hoult, Lily-Rose Depp, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Emma Corrin, Simon McBurney, and Ralph Ineson. Willem Dafoe, who previously portrayed a vampiric version of actor Max Schreck in Shadow of the Vampire, also makes an appearance.
