Apr 30, 2024 7:07 PM

The gaming community is buzzing with excitement as the latest trailer for Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero drops. The upcoming fighting game, developed by Spike Chunsoft, will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. It heralds the return of the Budokai Tenkaichi series after a long hiatus, with the last title released back in 2007. The new trailer features a series of master-apprentice battles, expanding the roster to a whopping 61 characters, including different versions of Gohan, Trunks, Videl, Beerus, Whis, and Master Roshi. Fans can look forward to iconic powers, Ki abilities, beam clashes, and high-speed 3D battles that dynamically interact with the environment to show real-time destruction.

Which new characters are joining the Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero roster?

The latest additions to the Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero roster include Kid Gohan, Adult Gohan, Future Gohan, Future Super Saiyan Gohan, Trunks with Sword, Super Saiyan Trunks with Sword, Videl, Beerus, Whis, and Master Roshi.

Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero takes inspiration from the Dragon Ball anime and game series, inviting players to step into the world of their favorite Saiyans and other Z fighters. The Dragon Ball series is known for its intense, action-packed battles, and this title aims to capture that spirit in a 3D fighting game experience. With a mix of single-player and online multiplayer modes, players will get to engage in battles reminiscent of the series' epic showdowns. The game's predecessors, particularly Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, have been praised for their accurate representations of the anime and vast character rosters, setting high expectations for Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero to deliver the same level of authenticity and excitement.
