Die-hard fans of Diablo IV are in for a treat, with Blizzard planning two extensive livestreams to delve into what's coming in the game's highly anticipated Season 2, dubbed the 'Season of Blood'. This exciting news comes straight from the top, via a tweet from Diablo's big boss, Rod Fergusson. He was supported by Diablo community lead, Adam Fletcher, who agreed that viewers should expect around four hours of deep-diving into the game's new content.
Last season wasn't as warmly received as hoped due to a lack of fresh content and controversial changes, so Blizzard is pulling out all the stops this time. Season 2 is slated to be a huge improvement with its vampire theme, introduction of a vampire hunter character, and a host of new features and improvements that fans have clamored for.
Unlike Season 1, Season 2 will have ample new content, hence Diablo's creators are going all out to showcase all the cool stuff it will bring. Season 2 starts on October 17th as part of Blizzard's long-term strategy to continuously provide new content to keep players engaged. This approach includes planned yearly expansions.
So, clear your schedules, gaming fans, because it's going to be an exciting time delving into Diablo IV's 'Season of Blood'.
