Annapurna and Remedy Team Up for Control and Alan Wake Shows

Remedy Entertainment has announced a partnership with Annapurna Interactive to create film and television adaptations based on its popular franchises, Alan Wake and Control. This collaboration will also provide co-production and co-financing support for Control 2, allowing Remedy to concentrate on game development while Annapurna leads multimedia projects. Hector Sanchez, president of interactive and new media at Annapurna, emphasized the innovative nature of this partnership, aiming to extend the reach of these beloved games into new formats. Currently, Remedy's Alan Wake 2 has received critical acclaim, and the studio is also working on DLC expansions and a remake for Max Payne.
