Capcom is set to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Monster Hunter series with a special 'Monster Hunter 20th Anniversary Special Program' livestream on March 12. The stream, not to be missed by fans, is scheduled for 13:00 CET, but viewers should not expect new game announcements or updates about Monster Hunter Wilds. Instead, the stream will reveal the top ten favorite monsters as voted by the community and feature various game franchise directors. In other Monster Hunter news, the developers are actively working on Monster Hunter Wilds for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, promising unprecedented detail in monsters and ecosystems, with more information to be released in the summer.

Further expanding the Monster Hunter universe, a remastered version of Monster Hunter Stories is in the pipeline. The remaster boasts improved character models, detailed textures, HD lighting, full voice acting, and all updates from the 3DS version. It also includes a Museum mode where players can enjoy music and illustrations. The remaster is set to launch this summer on Nintendo Switch, PS4, and PC via Steam.

Nice to see Capcom celebrating 20 years of Monster Hunter with a special livestream, but it's worth noting that we shouldn't expect new game announcements. The remastered version of Monster Hunter Stories sounds exciting, especially with the improved graphics and added features. Can't wait to dive back into that world
