Destiny 2 has introduced a high-profile crossover with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, offering fans a range of themed in-game items. Available now in Destiny 2's latest update is the iconic Barrel Bath emote, inspired by Geralt's memorable bathtub scene, which can be acquired with Silver, Destiny's in-game currency that's purchasable with real money. This emote costs 1,200 Silver, a little over the $9.99 price of the 1,100 Silver bundle, requiring players to opt for the $14.99 option for 1,700 Silver.

In addition to the emote, players can also gear up in Witcher-themed armor sets for their Guardians, with sets named Kaer Morhen for Titans, Hexer for Warlocks, and White Wolf for Hunters. Each set is priced at 2,000 Silver. Not stopping at armor, there are also Witcher-inspired accessories such as the Wolven Storm ship, Wolven Shell Ghost shell, and Roach-VGH Sparrow, echoing Geralt's horse Roach.

The collaboration coincides with Destiny 2's "Season of the Wish" and occurs amidst Bungie's efforts to refocus after layoffs were reported due to Destiny 2's underperformance. As fans of both franchises enjoy the new content, many hope that the upcoming "The Final Shape" expansion for Destiny 2 will reignite excitement within the community and strengthen Bungie's position in the gaming market.

Destiny 2 continues to be a staple in online gaming, blending its sci-fi universe with popular culture references, as demonstrated by its Witcher crossover, keeping its player base engaged with fresh and innovative content.
