Will the Legacy of Kain series return with new games?

There is a possibility of new Legacy of Kain games in the future, as Embracer Group, which owns the IP, received significant interest from a survey conducted in 2022. Phil Rogers, CEO of Embracer's 12th operative group, stated that they are considering the passionate fan responses and will continue to update on potential new developments in the series.

The Legacy of Kain series debuted with "Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain" in 1996 and gained a loyal following through subsequent titles including "Soul Reaver" and "Defiance."
