Patapon 1 & 2 Dance Their Way to Switch, PS5, and PC

Classic rhythm adventure games Patapon 1 and Patapon 2 are set to make a comeback on July 11, 2025, with a remastered bundle releasing for Nintendo Switch, PS5, and PC. Originally launched for the PlayStation Portable in 2007, these iconic titles combine real-time strategy and rhythm-action gameplay, where players command a tribe of adorable eyeballs known as Patapons using drum beats. This remaster, courtesy of Bandai Namco, includes new updates such as three difficulty modes, timing adjustments, and a constant command display to enhance accessibility and enjoyment for newcomers and returning fans alike. As excitement builds for this revival, fans can also look forward to the upcoming spiritual successor, Ratatan, expected to debut in April 2025.
