Fighting game fans have news to get excited about as MultiVersus is set to become playable again from May 28th. Developers Player First Games are not only bringing the game back but are also updating its graphics with the Unreal Engine 5. Players can look forward to new additions like a PvE mode with unique rewards, new fighters, and levels inspired by various Warner Bros. franchises. MultiVersus will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S, with more details on the final release to follow soon.

When can players expect MultiVersus to become playable again?

MultiVersus will be playable again starting May 28th, featuring a host of new content and a graphical update.

MultiVersus is a crossover fighting game featuring characters from across the Warner Bros. universe. It allows players to experience battles between well-known characters from different franchises, potentially including the likes of Batman, Superman, and characters from the Cartoon Network and HBO series. Known for its free-to-play model and its focus on 2v2 battles, MultiVersus's approach to fighting games has been compared to Super Smash Bros but with its unique features and mechanics that encourage team play and cooperative strategies.
