MAJOR UPDATE SHAKES UP LORDS OF THE FALLEN: v1.1.326 TRANSFORMS EVERY SINGLE BOSS BATTLE

Nov 17, 2023 11:45 AM

The latest Lords of the Fallen update v1.1.326 introduces major changes, including a complete overhaul of all bosses to address feedback from players and internal assessments. The updates aim to increase boss difficulty, making the gameplay more challenging and engaging in line with the game’s Souls-like mechanics. Hexworks, the developer, has implemented health boosts between 10% to 20% and a 10% damage output increase for non-main bosses. A health and damage boost has also been made for The Unbroken Promise and the Lightreaper to make combat phases more engaging.

Additionally, the update features an engine improvement for better performance in Umbral, a new lock-on system, and several fixes and adjustments. There are also various PVE and PVP balancing updates, AI tweaks, collision and stability improvements, and visual and audio enhancements. The DLC roadmap promises more updates by the end of 2023.

Lords of the Fallen, which received favorable reviews including an 8/10 from IGN, sold one million copies within 10 days after its October 2023 release. The reboot/sequel builds on the legacy of the original 2014 game, offering players a Souls-like experience with a dual-realities premise.

Hexworks’ dedication to improving the game is evident through the detailed patch notes and their responsiveness to community feedback. This update signifies their commitment to delivering a well-balanced and enjoyable gaming experience.
