Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth features an island similar to Animal Crossing

In the upcoming game 'Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth,' players can visit and customize an island, akin to popular Switch title 'Animal Crossing: New Horizons.' This feature was unveiled during the Xbox Partner Preview livestream where they introduced Dondoko Island. Players unlock the location as they progress through the game, having the ability to attract tourists, interact with locals, design their own house, and craft furniture.

'Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth' centers around characters Ichiban Kasuga and Kazuma Kiryu from previous series installments. This is the first time the franchise extends the game setting outside of Japan, including locales in Hawaii. The game will feature fast-paced RPG battles with extensive use of the environment.

Scheduled for release on January 26, 2024, the game will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, Steam, and Microsoft Store. The upcoming 'Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name' will also include a demo of 'Infinite Wealth' upon its release on November 9.
