Microsoft's second wave of Xbox Game Pass releases for late October 2023 has been announced, headlined by Dead Space, Like a Dragon: Ishin, and F1 Manager 2023.

Like a Dragon: Ishin, a Yakuza spin-off set in a fictional version of 1860s Kyoto, is available starting today, October 17. This bespoken title received a solid 7/10 rating from IGN, appreciated as an enjoyable spin-off, but not necessarily essential.

F1 Manager 2023 from Frontier Developments is set to launch on October 19 and promises advanced management features and autentic racing experiences. It achieved an impressive 8/10 rating in IGN's review, who spoke highly of the game's thoroughness and unique offerings, marking it as a premier management title of the year.

The beloved sci-fi horror game, Dead Space, is remastered and lined up for a spooky Halloween release. As players board the infamous USG Ishimura as simple engineer Isaac Clarke, they are to face an infestation of eerie space bugs. This remake scored a whopping 9/10 from IGN, lauded as the definitive way of experiencing this iconic survival horror shooter.

Also highlighting the list, Cities: Skylines 2 is set to launch straight into Game Pass on PC, even though developers acknowledge performance-related shortcomings but are committed to sticking to the planned release date of October 24. As a footnote, six other games listed will leave the Game Pass platform by October 31, 2023.

As for avid gamers, the news should spark curiosity on which of the late October 2023 Xbox Game Pass releases they will try first.
