The release of the much-anticipated game Hellboy: Web of Wyrd has been pushed back by two weeks to October 18. It was initially set to launch on October 4, but the developers at Upstream Arcade decided to delay the release to ensure that both Hellboy fans and newcomers to the character alike receive the best possible gameplay experience.

The game centers around an entirely new narrative based on the comic book superhero, with comic artist Mike Mignola contributing to the development. Mignola created not only the plot of the game but also unique artwork that aligns well with the iconic style of the Hellboy comics. Hellboy: Web Of Wyrd, a roguelite action-adventure game, challenges players with a mix of close-quarter and long-range attacks to conquer fearsome foes.

Previously, it was announced that actor Lance Reddick would voice Hellboy in the game. Despite Reddick’s passing earlier this year, he will still grace the game with his voice-art. This gripping game will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
