Haikyu fans around the globe are set for a treat as Crunchyroll announces the international release dates for the much-anticipated movie, "Haikyu!! The Dumpster Battle." Originally released in Japan in February, the film will start hitting cinemas and streaming platforms around the world starting May 30, with Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Italy, and more getting early screenings. The UK, US, Canada, and several European countries can expect it on May 31, while Turkey, Germany, Austria, and German-speaking regions of Switzerland will have to wait until early to late June.

The animated volleyball film follows Shoyo Hinata's journey in Karasuno High's volleyball club and his quest to become a player like his idol, the 'Little Giant'. Hinata must collaborate with his middle school adversary, Tobio Kageyama, to take on the formidable Nekoma High in "The Dumpster Battle.” With returning director Susumu Mitsunaka at the helm for Production I.G., fans can expect a narrative filled with rivalry and camaraderie.

In addition to the Haikyu movie, Crunchyroll also confirmed international release dates for other anime films such as "Blue Lock The Movie -Episode Nagi-" and "Overlord: The Sacred Kingdom" to further excite anime aficionados.
