Gedurende deze periode kunnen spelers de Spiritborn class van de Vessel of Hatred-uitbreiding uitproberen en tot level 25 bereiken. Als je de game tijdens of na deze proefperiode koopt, kan je jouw voortgang overdragen naar de volledige versie van Diablo 4. Daarnaast krijgen gamers op PlayStation en Xbox 40 procent korting op de game, en 35 procent korting bij aankoop via Battle.net of Steam.
