Boba Fett's Easter Egg in New Star Wars Game Is Real

Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, originally released in 2002 for GameCube and PlayStation 2, is being revived and re-released on modern platforms including PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, and Nintendo Switch on August 1 for $19.99. This action-adventure game lets you play as Jango Fett, hired to capture a Dark Jedi, and brings significant visual improvements along with a new Boba Fett skin for replayability. Aspyr is behind this revival, introducing features like enhanced environmental textures, dynamic lighting, and DualSense controller functionalities for PS5 players.

The re-released Star Wars: Bounty Hunter includes visual improvements, enhanced environmental textures, new dynamic lighting effects, a new flashlight tool, Steam Deck support, and DualSense controller features for PS5. Additionally, players can unlock a Boba Fett skin after completing the campaign.

Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, set before Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, immerses players in the legendary Bounty Hunter fantasy. You maneuver as Jango Fett, equipped with a variety of weapons like dual blasters, a flamethrower, and jetpack missiles, in a quest through the galaxy’s underbelly to capture a deranged Dark Jedi.
