What happened

IGN has announced IGN Fan Fest 2026: Fall Edition as a livestream set for Wednesday, 14 October 2026. According to IGN, the event will center on 90 exclusive reveals across multiple entertainment categories, including games, films, TV, comics, and collectibles. The publisher also says the program will include more than 10 brand-new game reveals, first looks, news, and giveaways. That positions the show as a broad fall edition with a mix of entertainment and game content spread across multiple formats.

IGN says pre-event announcements, deep dives, and game reveals will begin on Monday, 12 October 2026. The main show starts on 14 October at 10:00 a.m. PDT, 1:00 p.m. EDT, and 6:00 p.m. BST, and will be broadcast via IGN.com, YouTube, Steam, Facebook, Twitch, and X. In the initial lineup, IGN mentions Whalefall, Ebenezer, VisionQuest, Cyberpunk Edgerunners 2, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, Where Winds Meet, and War Hammer 40,000, along with names such as Austin Abrams, Josh Brolin, Paul Bettany, Liam McIntyre, and James Spader. IGN also says the show will bundle multiple exclusive clips, trailers, and interviews into the same livestream format.

The source makes clear that this is an announced program, not a show that has already taken place. As a result, the 90 reveals have not yet been fully broken down in the available information. What is clear is that IGN is framing the edition as a multi-platform event, distributed simultaneously through its own channels and major social and video platforms. The combination of an early start on 12 October and the main show on 14 October suggests IGN plans to spread the reveals across several days.

In the lineup shared by IGN, titles include 9 Yin Sutra, Immortal Acornia: Mirror Worlds, Acts of Blood, and Anno 117: Pax R, though the latter appears truncated in the source. The source also says there will be more than 10 new game reveals, further underlining the event's game focus.

The source also mentions several familiar faces appearing, including Austin Abrams, Josh Brolin, Paul Bettany, Liam McIntyre, and James Spader. IGN is presenting the show as a livestream available across multiple platforms, in line with the broad distribution used for previous Fan Fest editions. The combination of extra announcements starting on 12 October and the main show on 14 October makes it clear that IGN is treating the event as a multi-day content campaign.
