Final Fantasy XIV: patch 7.5 and Jollibee collaboration

The upcoming Patch 7.5 for Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV), titled "Trail to the Heavens," is set to launch soon and will introduce a range of exciting new content. In addition, there’s a notable collaboration between Square Enix and the well-known Filipino fast-food chain Jollibee, which will also bring new in-game experiences.

Key details of patch 7.5

Patch 7.5 goes live on April 28, 2026, and is the first part of a two-part story update series. The update will include a new dungeon called "The Clyteum," set in Garlemald. Alongside the dungeon, there will also be new Main Scenario Quests (MSQ) and a challenging new boss named Enuo.

As part of the story, players will return to the moon, Mare Lamentorum, to face a new enemy, Halmarut. The Garlean character Jullus plays an important role in this expansion, and fans can expect the dungeon to reveal rich lore and mysteries from Garlemald’s history.

Jollibee collaboration and new in-game items

From April 21 through May 31, 2026, players can unlock the new in-game emote "Eat Chicken" by purchasing a special Jollibee meal deal. The offer includes a six-piece Chickenjoy or a box meal in one of the exclusive FFXIV-themed packages. Players can redeem the emote by submitting their order details on the Jollibee website.

In addition to the emote, the collaboration also includes a line of merchandise, such as T-shirts and sweaters featuring the Jollibee mascot. A new blue raspberry-branded drink inspired by FFXIV’s aetherytes will also be available at participating Jollibee locations.

Gameplay and system updates on the way

FFXIV Patch 7.5 will also bring several quality-of-life improvements. Dyes are being reorganized into color groups to save inventory space, and glamour outfit changes are being made easier. New animations for chocobo companions and updates to the housing systems will also improve usability.

In addition, the Duty Support system is being added to the dungeons The Dusk Vigil and Shisui of the Violent Tides, and a wide range of clothing items can now be stored in an Armoire.
