What happened
Wizards of the Coast unveiled the Corn Maze Secret Lair Superdrop for Magic: The Gathering on September 30, 2026. The release is being positioned as a seasonal bundle with multiple licensed collaborations under one banner, and the coverage ties it to the Halloween window.
The Superdrop includes themes based on Jim Henson’s Labyrinth, KPop Demon Hunters, and Marvel Zombies. According to the provided sources, this is the first Magic: The Gathering collection for both Labyrinth and KPop Demon Hunters. That means Wizards of the Coast is once again expanding the Secret Lair label with outside franchises.
Within the Labyrinth portion, three collections are confirmed. One of them is called Secret Lair x Jim Henson’s Labyrinth Fear Me, Love Me and focuses on Goblin kindred cards. In that drop, Muxus, Goblin Grandee is depicted as Jareth, Goblin King, with artwork featuring David Bowie.
The same drop also includes Claim the Firstborn as The Kidnapping of Toby and Trinisphere with Bowie holding a bundle of spheres. No full card lists have been shared yet for the other two Labyrinth collections or for the KPop Demon Hunters and Marvel Zombies drops.

Background
Secret Lair is the label Wizards of the Coast uses for special Magic: The Gathering releases. The Corn Maze Superdrop fits that format and bundles several pop-culture licenses into one release with a clear autumn and Halloween theme.
The source explicitly says that Labyrinth and KPop Demon Hunters are getting their first Magic: The Gathering collections. For Labyrinth, there is already a concrete setup: the Fear Me, Love Me collection centers on Goblin kindred cards and uses Muxus, Goblin Grandee as the visual base for Jareth, Goblin King.
The reference to David Bowie is also spelled out in the source. Bowie appears as Jareth in the Muxus variant and as part of the Trinisphere illustration, where he is holding a bundle of spheres. That gives the Labyrinth drop a direct visual link to one of the film’s most iconic elements.
The source further confirms that there are three Labyrinth collections in total, but only Fear Me, Love Me is detailed. The other two Labyrinth collections have not yet been named, and no card details have been provided for the KPop Demon Hunters or Marvel Zombies portions either.
