The Monkey taps into Stephen King's signature style of infusing seemingly innocent objects with terror, reminiscent of other iconic adaptations. Perkins, having gained recognition from Longlegs, continues to explore psychological horror, and with a cast featuring well-known actors, anticipation is building for what could become another chilling addition to King’s filmography.
